- Expertise in scenario modeling, fiscal diagnostics, and evidence-based strategy formulation
- Knowledge of organizational design, change management, and digital transformation
- Experience leading complex, cross-agency strategic initiatives within government or public
- Proven ability to design operating models and governance frameworks that align digital,
- Familiarity with public policy design, funding mechanisms, and economic development
