Conduct proactive customer follow-up and account maintenance to ensure timely service on existing accounts.
Own core sales activities: create quotes, enter orders, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Assist with evaluating and approving design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
Estimate customer-provided conceptual engineering parts and support pricing accuracy.
Collaborate cross-functionally through all stages of product development; interface with customers and internal teams to drive outcomes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong presentation development skills.
2+ years of experience in sales (sales + product development experience preferred).
Familiarity with CNC machining of plastic and metal parts a plus; knowledge of high-performance plastic polymers preferred.
Industry exposure in semiconductor, military/defense, aerospace, medical, and/or industrial markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred—or equivalent experience.
