Direct the asset management and maintenance requirements of all transport assets, including rolling stock, infrastructure, systems, and facilities
Provide input into capital investment planning, renewal programs, and replacement strategies
Lead multidisciplinary teams across various modes and asset categories, promoting collaboration and high performance
Drive the adoption of digital asset and maintenance management tools, data analytics, and technology-enabled maintenance programs
Master's degree in engineering, Asset Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Demonstrated experience in implementing asset management systems, digital maintenance technologies and regimes
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in asset management, safety critical or safety relayed maintenance, or infrastructure operations within large-scale transport or utility environments
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Asset Management, or a related technical discipline
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
Professional certification in Asset Management (e.g., IAM, ISO 55000) or Chartered Engineer status (preferred)
Proven leadership experience managing complex multi-modal transport assets and teams
