Serves as local subject matter expert for employee benefits and payroll questions, coordinating with remote centralized HR service center and payroll teams as necessary, and coordinating benefits enrollment meetings, communications, and processes.
Support HR Manager in Union contract negotiation and ongoing labor relations activities.
Coach and influence leadership regarding policies, practices, laws, and regulations to ensure all human resource policies and programs follow local and governmental regulatory requirements and are driving an engaged culture.
