Experience with Transportation Planning Studies, Transportation Master Plans and Transportation Strategies.
Completion of Road Safety Professional (RSP1), Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) or Professional Transportation Planner (PTP) designation.
Proficiency with traffic engineering software which may include (Synchro, SIDRA, HCS).
Experience in project management.
Excellent written, verbal and consulting skills with clients.
