- Seeking at least 5 years of experience in Quality Control with a minimum of 3 years focused on ASME B31 piping codes, industrial and commercial construction, fabrication, welding, non-destructive testing, and/or other similar fields.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Regular & routine attendance.
- Regularly required to walk, climb stairs, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Proactivity / Initiative: Recognizes what needs to be done and accomplishes it in a manner appropriate for one’s level/position and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job includes Jaeger (J1) vision annually.
- Maintains a working knowledge of codes and specifications for current industry quality standards.
- Insight: The ability to gather and make sense of information that suggests new possibilities.
