Construction - MEP Services (Mech) - Assistant Manager

Description

The role supports the package engineering of MEP services delivery, health and safety, and subcontractor performance on a high‑rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai. It involves liaising with the client, main contractor and consultants, and providing support in managing multiple sub‑contractors and suppliers on small‑size projects or assisting project engineers on larger projects.

• Work within the project team, communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
• Analyse, rectify and complete MEP design using engineering expertise and management processes.
• Coordinate and liaise with sub‑contractors, sub‑sub‑contractors and suppliers; accountable for programme, health, safety, cost and quality deliverables.
• Manage interfaces between packages.
• Liaise with key stakeholders including the client, design and construction teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support incorporation of modern construction methods, digital technologies and prefabrication.
• Implement Mace’s standards and project strategies.
• Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by managing carbon emissions and reductions during delivery.
