  • Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with system integration/automation.
  • Ensure all KPIs are met as per SLA.
  • Manage day to day deliverables, ensure no backlogs created.
  • The employee's prime responsibility is to work on the input received from the respective country Compensation and Benefits team in timely and accurate manner.
  • Participates in internal & external governance by adhering governance models applicable at a process level.
  • Quality oriented. The person should check the output file before delivering back to the customer.
  • Should be proactive to identify the missing data and ensure to get this from the respective customer.
  • Diagnosis the gaps in existing process, identifies opportunity for improvement and implements the re-engineering initiatives in order to meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to Management.
  • Identifies training needs for the associates/team members.
