Inspect and maintain equipment, withdrawing unsafe gear when necessary
Report incidents, near misses, and ensure IRATA qualifications are upheld
Complete work-packs, work orders, and daily attendance records
Monitor and implement IRATA safety requirements and risk assessments
Ensure crews are resourced and safety standards are met
Liaise with clients and managers to provide expert recommendations
Manage personnel, tooling, equipment, and materials throughout works
Conduct pre-start meetings and reinforce HSE obligations
Promote a positive culture and mentor Level 1–2 Technicians for progression
Lead and manage rope access teams to deliver project goals
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work programs

Full Australian Working Rights
Australian Driver’s Licence (C Class)
Level 2-3 IRATA Certificate (valid) and logbook of work within last six months
S26 Certification or willing to obtain
Extensive knowledge in advanced rigging and rescue techniques
Experience supervising rope access teams
Working at Heights Certificate (valid)
Current First Aid Certificate
Construction White Card
Strong communication skills, work ethic and a positive attitude
High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
Enter and Work in Confined Spaces Certificate (valid)
Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
Ability to self-manage workload through our App
BHP, FMG or Rio Tinto inducted with experience in Iron Ore
Consistent ongoing FIFO works mobilising from Perth
