Working with Hempel’s sales and delivering the agreed level of services to the customers in accordance to the agreement while demonstrating strong customers orientation where customers recognizes the value Hempel’s services
Assist in coaching and development of junior staff.
Delivering the service and product performance through observation, monitoring (of site work), highlighting (to customers, TS managers and sales) and recording (on corporate reporting) on any deviation to the specification execution.
Provide technical advice and support on Hempel’s product and services to Hempel’s customers while complying to the technical parameters/ specification, practices and procedures

Good English competence (written and spoken) with good reporting skills.
Proactive in advising application and performance related concerns and immediately addressed to external stakeholders in consultation with sales and TS management.
Able to travel within short notices and without passport restriction.
NACE 2/3 and FROSIO 2/3.
Strong customers focus and orientation.
At least 3 years’ experience in delivering services or coatings in shipyard’ or shop line or refineries/plant environment either as applicator, yard or paint maker experience
