This pivotal role supports transition and operational activities across a key contract, working closely with Key Account Leads to identify efficiencies, drive commercial value, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives -Support negotiation processes alongside operational leads -Supporting in commercial models and risk management -Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional integrity -Impact: Play a key role in identifying efficiencies, driving commercial value and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. -Collaborate with internal, external, and client stakeholders to deliver “best in class” solutions focused on labour, process, and technology innovation -Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, adding value throughout the contract lifecycle

ISS is expanding, and we’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals for the role of Commercial Manager, based in our Adelaide or Perth office. Compliance: Must be an Australian Citizen and must hold or be eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance -Degree-level qualifications in Accounting or a related field -Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills -Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities -Extensive experience in commercial business environments -Prior experience in Facility Management roles -Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds -Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail -Proven leadership and commercial acumen -Minimum 3 years of progressive commercial experience -Advanced research and analytical capabilities -High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
