Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and contract management.

Certification in quantity surveying or cost management (e.g., RICS, CIQS, or equivalent).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in quantity surveying for large-scale infrastructure projects, such as airports, shopping malls, or commercial complexes.
Familiarity with local and international standards, such as IS codes, FIDIC, and other contractual frameworks.
Experience in managing cost control for live environments, such as operational airports or malls.
