Previous sales experience working directly with vendors, contractors, municipalities, and state DOT customers is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred; a technical or engineering background is strongly desired.
High level of product knowledge with the ability to stay current on industry trends and advancements.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a technical or industrial sales environment.
Experience within the transportation industry or with traffic control equipment is highly desirable.
Ability to interpret and communicate technical documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness and ability to travel 75% of the time, including overnight and out-of-region travel as required.
Valid driver’s license required.
