Repair, maintain, and optimize optical sorting equipment while training plant staff.
Communication & Documentation-Maintain accurate logs, communicate equipment issues across teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination-Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and global parts programs to ensure uptime and reliability.
Optical Sorter Systems-Operate, troubleshoot, and repair optical sorting machines (e.g., Redwave, Binder Clarity, Sesotec S+S) and related equipment.
Training & Support-Mentor plant maintenance teams on preventive maintenance and basic repairs; provide emergency escalation support during equipment failures.
Performance & Process Improvement-Identify operational issues and recommend equipment or design changes to enhance plant efficiency.
Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance-Perform hands-on repairs involving sensors, control boards, and low-voltage components; support escalated troubleshooting needs.
