Develop rigor throughout to create innovative design and mentor project team to exceed project schedules and financial goals with sound understanding of project delivery.
Work the plan. Lead the client and the internal visioning meeting to prepare top-tier documents, with effective communication skills.
Ensure that interior spaces are functional, aesthetically pleasing and meet the needs of the client. This also involves furniture flow and usability.
Participate in construction administration, such as site visits, meetings, review on documents.
Follow JLG process to provide high quality documents that meet JLG and industry standards, and code and technical requirements.

Ensure that documents are well coordinated to meet project program and goal outcomes, and the design intent is documented and buildable.

3-7 years of interior design experience in interior spaces and managing interior scope
Have a deep understanding of materials, finishes and furniture. They select appropriate material and finish for the interior surfaces.
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Expertise in layout, color, material selections, and installations
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
Understands construction documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information
Project management skills.
Experience working on $5M-$20M projects with minimal guidance.
Advanced knowledge of design principles, space planning and color theory.
Demonstrated portfolio of creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design
