  • Maintenir à jour les systèmes RH et produire des rapports statistiques.
  • Collaborer à l’application et à la mise à jour des politiques et procédures internes.
  • Assurer le traitement des dossiers d’embauche, d’intégration et de départ des employés (contrats, suivis administratifs, etc.).
  • Toutes autres tâches en lien avec le département des ressources humaines.
  • Répondre aux demandes des employés et assurer un service RH de proximité.
  • Préparer divers rapports et statistiques RH pour la direction.
  • Participer à la gestion du processus de recrutement, de la publication des offres à la sélection des candidatures et à la tenue d’entrevues.

  • Posséder un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires.
  • Ressources humaines: 1 an (Obligatoire)
  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en administration, ressources humaines ou domaine connexe.
  • Participer aux projets DO du département (climat de travail, reconnaissance, etc.).
  • Forte autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Baccalauréat (Souhaité)
  • Français (Souhaité)
  • Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Connaissance des logiciels SIRH est un atout.
  • Des collègues avec qui tu peux jouer au baseball, courir au Défi Entreprises ou chanter au karaoké.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et interpersonnelles, sens de l’organisation et discrétion.
