Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement continuous improvement plans for the betterment of the Enstall quality organization.
Identify, evaluate, recommend & implement required measurement, testing, analysis and other verification mechanisms to ensure that product application & design requirements are being met by suppliers.
Issue SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Request) as necessary and track open items to closure.
Support APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) activities for all phases of product life cycle.
Take part in new supplier assessments to determine supplier quality capabilities prior to award of business.
Manage supplier deviations and track improvement actions to complete prior to deviation expiration.
On-board and train new suppliers in key Quality functionality.
Lead PSIR (Pre-Shipment Inspection Report) process through inspection form creation, data review and analysis, discrepancy resolution, and approval workflow.
Perform annual supplier quality audits.
Review and approve ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) for completeness and data accuracy with a focus on DFQ (Design For Quality).
Lead FAA (First Article Approval) process through inspection form creation, data review, discrepancy resolution, and approval workflow.
Review, verify, and approve supplier CP (Control Plan) and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) documents to align with product specifications and requirements.

Cloud-based QMS (Quality Management System) experience, along with working knowledge of entire MS-Office suite of applications.
Ability to accurately interpret and analyze engineering drawings and other technical documentation.
Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Experience in a metals manufacturing. (preferred)
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, both domestically & internationally.
ASQ Certification (Quality Inspector or Quality Technician). (preferred)
Excellent written/verbal communication skills with ability to present effectively to target audience.
Understand product application and design requirements & specifications to ensure design will result in repeatable manufacturing/assembly and acceptable quality.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
Experience and aptitude with using various instruments including but not limited to the following: micrometers, calipers, gages, and electromechanical testing equipment such as CMM, OMM, etc.
Experience conducting statistical data analysis, root cause analysis, and leading lean activities.
Demonstrated experience with product & process design for manufacturing & quality. (preferred)
