HR Generalist

Description

• Support performance management, reporting, and track terminations and employee‑relations activities.
• Draft and maintain employee documents such as offer letters, shift‑differential letters, and certification increase letters.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and overall employee lifecycle processes.
• Direct employees to self‑serve tools for resolving questions, concerns, and grievances.
• Partner with managers, payroll, and shared services on employee separations and conduct exit interviews.
• Assist Talent Acquisition by coordinating first‑level interviews, screening candidates, and handling recruiting logistics.
• Perform data analysis for internal audits and compensation reviews.
• Contribute to HR policy development, progressive discipline, and lead training sessions for front‑line leaders and skip‑level meetings.
• Receive and process mail from lab locations, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate on HR projects, process improvements, and policy generation as needed.

The role supports the employee lifecycle, delivers a positive employee experience, and partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Operations. It requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The position is onsite Monday‑Friday.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations/Shared Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., D365, Ceridian).
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as required.
