  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for design detail
  • Offer specialist design insights and strategic design thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Design education and the transfer of design knowledge from design excellence to development teams
  • Minimum of 9 - 12 years of experience in architectural and interior design with specific hospitality experience and other fields
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and a commitment to incorporating them into projects
  • Proven track record of implementing design excellence frameworks and leading design quality initiatives
