- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for design detail
- Offer specialist design insights and strategic design thinking
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Design education and the transfer of design knowledge from design excellence to development teams
- Minimum of 9 - 12 years of experience in architectural and interior design with specific hospitality experience and other fields
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and a commitment to incorporating them into projects
- Proven track record of implementing design excellence frameworks and leading design quality initiatives
