• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 3 + years of experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality is a huge plus!

• $25.00 commissions per started lease
• Variety & Flexibility – 3 Weeks on. 1 week off schedule. No three weeks are the same. Work on-site at different properties and regions!
• Up to 15 hours of overtime per pay period typically
• Paid Travel – See the country on Monarch’s dime: flights, hotels, rental cars, and per diem included of $50.00 per day when working and traveling!
