Procurement responsibilities include preparing pre‑qualification (PQ) documentation, maintaining tender schedules, managing tender events, issuing documentation, evaluating tenders, and drafting tender reports. Experience with standard contracts such as FIDIC and CPWD is required, along with assistance in compiling final contract documents.
The position involves preparing interim payment recommendations, maintaining cost‑control documentation, and managing change‑control processes. Additional duties cover cost reporting, cash‑flow forecasting, valuation of variations, tracking risk allowances, and preparation of final accounts.
The role requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience. The candidate will prepare cost plans at various design stages, including Concept, Schematic, and Design Development. They will analyse unit rates, price BOQ items, support value engineering, collect market quotations, and assist in tender estimates and cost plan reporting.
Candidates must apply knowledge of construction technologies and methods in cost planning and assess cost implications of materials, labour, and construction methods during design and execution stages. Proficiency in CAD, Cost‑X, and other estimation software is essential, as are strong MS Excel and Word skills and the ability to learn customized software.
