Operate in accordance with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Provide training and guidance to other Maintenance Technicians
Remove snow and ice, when weather conditions warrant.

Identify and resolve general equipment safety hazards and perform safety repairs as directed.
Perform troubleshooting, such as diagnosing malfunctioning systems and isolating faults, and repair as needed.
May assist Maintenance Technician III's in their day-to-day operations and assignments in preparation to assume more responsibilities and further develop technical skillsets.
