Description

You'll join an established sustainability and compliance team and deliver on a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

• Select the right methodologies and compliance strategies for each project
• Carry out SAP assessments and calculations
• Produce energy statements and technical reports for planning
• Support clients in meeting Building Regulations, planning policy and sustainability targets
• Complete overheating assessments, water efficiency calculations and U-value calculations

Requirements

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a few years experience in delivering on energy consultancy projects and is ambitious to help grow in a new environment.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the sector
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
• Experience using energy modelling software (ideally Elmhurst Design SAP)
• Degree-level education in a relevant discipline
• OCDEA (SAP) qualification and hands-on assessment experience
• Membership of a professional body (IEMA, CIBSE, LCC, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Working knowledge of UK environmental regulations and sustainability criteria
