  • Responsible for project schedules and completion of projects on time and within budget
  • Start and assist with industrial ammonia refrigeration facilities
  • Responsible for sales and engineering all aspects of mechanical building and process utility systems including, but not limited to, chilled water, steam, compressed air, HVAC medical gasses, refrigeration (ammonia, C02 and Freon), plumbing, estimating, and AutoCAD. Special emphasis on Ammonia and C02 refrigeration
  • Responsible for estimating, designing, and construction management
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and other staff
  • Proactively work to achieve company goals, including productivity and safety
  • Attend project meetings with general contractors, owners and facilities engineers to discuss design criteria and specifications

  • Computer literate with MS Office product offerings including Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc, proficiency in AutoCAD and skills in estimating
  • Bachelor's in mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
  • Ability to gain knowledge with all applicable Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC, and Plumbing code requirements.
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively, in both written and oral work.
  • Familiar with all aspects of the fast-track construction process of design-build.
  • Experience or interest in design-build construction process.
