Overseeing day to day field operations on tilt wall and ground up projects from start to finish
Coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to keep communication clear and projects moving smoothly
Coordination with city inspectors, geotechnical engineers, and surveyors to maintain compliance and quality
Direct oversight of roadways, parking lots, and tie in of civil scopes with vertical construction
Leading subcontractor and owner meetings, addressing issues quickly, and keeping a forward looking schedule
Managing schedules, subcontractors, safety meetings, and daily reporting

Record of building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and owners
Full scope civil experience including earthwork, grading, soil stabilization, utilities installation, storm drainage, and paving
Comfortable using technology for scheduling, daily logs, and communication
Experience managing site logistics, crane picks, and large crews during tilt wall phases
Strong scheduling and organizational skills, able to think ahead and problem solve in the field
Hands on knowledge of panel construction, erection, and sequencing for tilt wall projects
