- Create sketch renders to demonstrate the space and scale of a design at the early stages of the concept development.
- Works directly with the Technical Design Leads in the Urban Studio and/or the authors/requestors to review artwork, text, and other materials submitted for inclusion in assigned documents. May recommend improvements for accuracy of expression, clarity, and consistency with Company style.
- Manage a highly creative and dynamic team of 2D and 3D graphic specialists
- Designs and prepares difficult and complex art and copy layouts, applying established standards and formats from the Company’s style manual
- Check the quality and deliverables of the teams work
- Create sophisticated templates that the designers in the studio use for various purposes.
- Develop layouts to the highest quality to graphically represent the Urban Studio design works.
- Designs and prepares difficult and complex art layouts, applying established standards and formats from the Company’s style manual.
- Designs and produces complex reproduction-ready visual graphics, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, isometrics, viewgraphs, posters, signs, and certificates

- Ability to hand sketch in plan, section, and 3D.
- Expert understanding of graphical software’s, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.
- Previous experience in an architecture or engineering firm.
- Ability to multitask and work across teams within the studio.
- Bachelor of Visual Communications, or Design in a related field.
- 10+ Years of continuous employment within the field of Architecture and Engineering Design.
- Solid communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to translate outline sketch ideas into workable scales and spaces using modelling software.
- Relevant professional qualifications and affiliation
- Willingness to develop and further graphical skills and techniques for the enhancement of the digital design presentations.
- Self-motivation, work part of the team but also have the ability to work independently.
