Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the CoStar real‑estate platform
Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred: Knowledge of landlord/tenant regulations and commercial real‑estate agency protocols

Preferred: Strong time‑management, prioritization, and organizational skills
