Supervise all project administrative logs and close-out activities.
Prepare and maintain the project schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent and subcontractors.
Develop and distribute monthly Owner Applications for payment.
Schedule and conduct regular owner and subcontractor meetings.
Manage green building requirements.
Prepare, distribute and acquire approval of all Owner Change Order requests.
Manage a project team, provide oversight, direction and mentoring.
Lead and enforce W.M. Jordan safety standards and requirements.
Manage the project schedule to a timely and successful completion.
Oversee and manage all project finances and contract documents.
Coordinate and implement the project budget.
Develop and distribute all subcontractor Change Orders and associated budget revisions.

Experience with COINS, Autodesk Viewers and SharePoint preferred but not required.
Experience with Building Information Modeling.
Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam and various scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix).
Experience in Construction Estimating, accounting and document administration.
Five (5)+ years commercial construction experience as a Project Manager.
Ability to identify and resolve all project issues and problems.
Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages within a development cycle.
Active participant in a team environment.
Experience managing $20 Million + projects.
