- Review of architectural materials and workmanship required for cleanrooms in offshore substations.
- Support the Department Manager on discipline initiatives, recruiting, and hiring activities.
- Coordinates with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensures that other disciplines' input is incorporated.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, purchase requisitions, MTOs, etc., during pre-bid as well as detailed engineering phases.
- Preparation, review, and revision of layouts & other engineering deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists.
- Technical bid evaluation, vendor document review, and subcontract scope management of Architecture related activities.
- Interface with the architectural subcontractor for design & engineering works during the pre-bid as well as the detailed engineering phases.
- Supervise engineering work being produced by juniors.
- Lead the team of engineers and perform architecture related activities.
- Represent the architecture discipline in meetings, discussions, audits, verifications, workshops, and technical reviews that relate to Architecture.
- Ensure the architectural scope of work is executed within pre-bid estimates of time and budget.
- Technical report writing and preparation of presentations.
