The Resident Manager I at Platt Park by Windsor in Denver, CO will oversee daily community operations, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and fostering a vibrant, engaged community. Working closely with management and the Sales Leadership team, the role focuses on move‑in satisfaction, renewal acquisition, and serving as the primary liaison to the Support Services Team.
Weekend work may be required to support site performance or new acquisitions. - Ensure timely response to resolve or escalate resident issues.
- Lead resident package management efforts.
- Prepare move‑in documentation, inspections, and guarantee a seamless move‑in experience.
- Perform welcome appointments and orient new residents.
- Conduct post‑move‑in communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Service Manager to monitor the Work Order Program and address communication issues.
- Conduct post‑work‑order follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process monthly invoices in adherence to the Procurement Policy.
- Monitor expenses and adjust spending in line with operating budgets.
- Detail monthly variances and provide recommendations to the direct manager.
- Assist in managing the Funnel CRM queue.
- Ensure success of unguided prospect tours through signage, apartment preparation, and greeting prospects.
- Review make‑ready, move‑in, and move‑out schedules to efficiently handle transitions.
- Manage the notice‑to‑vacate process and associated paperwork.
- Provide necessary information to the Prior Resident Support team and oversee Move Out Inspections.
- Facilitate promotion and administration of the TIDY program.
- Maintain close partnership with the Service Manager to improve Work Order and Make Ready Maintenance communications.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Possess working knowledge of property management and prop‑tech systems.
- Have 2–3 years sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multifamily environments and Microsoft Office skills; undergraduate degree preferred.
- Three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in multifamily or property management operations.
- Knowledge of Funnel CRM preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 required.
- Transferable apartment industry sales experience preferred.
Benefits
Compensation starts at $31.00 per hour ($64,480 annually) with a range up to $42.67 per hour based on experience, plus an average monthly bonus potential of 20% of base salary, yielding a total starting annual compensation potential of $77,376.
