Perform periodic reviews of project files for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain structured document repositories and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
Support project reporting and stakeholder communication.
Assist with the development and implementation of document flow procedures.
Issue and track deliverables, ensuring alignment with client templates and CAD standards.
Manage urgent deliverables and adapt to non-linear workflows as needed.
Organize, categorize, and upload documents into EDMS platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely document processing.

Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of design and construction documentation processes.
3–6 years in document control within engineering or infrastructure projects.
Associate’s degree in information technology, engineering, construction management, or business administration; or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in EDMS tools (Aconex, ProCore, Primavera Unifier) and Microsoft SharePoint.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or additional years of experience in document control.
Experience in capital project/program environments.
Ability to perform QA/QC audits of document control operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Certification in document management or records management.
