As an Onboarding & Engagement Specialist, you will support a smooth and positive contractor experience from onboarding through the full assignment lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for contractors, ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time, and partner closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Manage contractor inquiries through the ticketing system and provide timely, accurate support.
- Act as the main point of contact for contractors throughout their assignment.
- Build strong relationships with contractors through regular check-ins, including in-person meetings and occasional on-site or informal engagements, to support a positive contractor experience.
- Manage contractor issues and escalations in collaboration with Payroll, Data Management, Operations and The People Team.
- Process onboarding documentation to meet client start dates and compliance requirements.
- Support contract extensions, terminations, rate changes, system updates, and asset recovery.
- Create, issue, and manage employment contracts and maintain accurate system records to support payroll and invoicing.
- Work closely with our program ambassadors to facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for newly placed contractors.
- Guide contractors through onboarding requirements such as background checks, employment verification, and reference checks.
- Confirm contract details with contractors, including pay rates, availability, and contractor status.
- Proactively share key updates including timesheet reminders, deadlines, policy changes, and payroll information.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and engagement processes and support reporting needs.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is €33,000 – €35,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
