Providing thorough analysis of field notes, legal descriptions, title easements, design plans, utility plans and construction layout notes.
Reviewing assigned project files for necessary materials and information to carry out project scope and drafting tasks.
Preparing survey documents including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, Plat of Survey, Certified Survey Maps, topographic maps, Transportation Plats, Condominium Plats, Subdivision Plats, legal descriptions and other survey exhibits.

Applicable U.S. based work experience.
An Associate’s Degree in a related field or a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited school.
5+ years of experience.
Knowledge of surveying methods, practices and techniques as well as the legal aspects of surveying are required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D and Microsoft Office products is also expected.
