Tasks

-Design and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting key customer segments. Monitor and analyse the performance of segment-specific marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results. -Support the Segment Marketing team in achieving brand, marketing, and product performance KPIs. -Contribute to innovative marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment -Engage professionally with external parties, including agencies and partners, while fostering strong internal relationships within the Retail Markets teams. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with segment strategies and the overall Alinta Energy brand experience.

-Expertise in optimising marketing channels and proficiency in relevant marketing tools and software. -14 month Max Term Contract - Available in Perth, Sydney or Melbourne -Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in driving marketing initiatives. -Proven experience in supporting strategic segment marketing programs with demonstrable ROI, from awareness to conversion. -Strong communication skills, with a history of effectively engaging with external agencies and partners. -Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Commerce or a related discipline.
