Description

The role oversees stewarding stores and equipment for the Food & Beverage Department, controls expenses, ensures proper F&B procedures, handles guest complaints, and coordinates the setup and service of contracted functions.

• Oversee all stewarding stores and equipment for the Food & Beverage Department.
• Control and reduce expenses, including labor costs and breakage.
• Ensure F&B control procedures are followed and items are issued with proper charging chits.
• Address guest complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Directly oversee setup and service of contracted functions, providing menu information to servers and coordinating timing with caterers.
• Communicate and supervise the setup and service of contracted functions.
• Manage sales of functions and banquet activities, accommodating last‑minute changes efficiently without disadvantaging the hotel.
• Ensure all necessary equipment, utensils, and tables are prepared in advance for each function.
• Arrange casual labor in advance to ensure consistent service.
• Assist in daily checks of function rooms to maintain service consistency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have an O-Level or equivalent, at least one year of relevant experience, be able to work independently and under pressure, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
