

Leads safe, cost‑effective delivery of infrastructure projects for Crown organisations nationwide.
In this role you will work closely with clients, Programme Delivery teams and the Project Support Office to manage end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies through construction close‑out. You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, oversee business cases, coordinate teams, and manage risk, schedule and budget at both programme and project levels while ensuring compliance with New Zealand standards.
Crown Infrastructure Delivery (CID) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects across New Zealand, delivering results with confidence, clarity, and care.
The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, collaboration and a commitment to value, embodying CID’s core values of simplicity, action, doing what’s right and building lasting relationships. You bring proven experience in infrastructure project management, including multi‑site programmes, business‑case development for the public sector, strong stakeholder engagement, excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of the construction environment. Relevant qualifications such as PMP or Prince2 are preferred.
