

Manage full-cycle recruiting across Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing verticals (contract, direct hire, and executive searches).
Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, etc.) to identify top-tier candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and niche platforms.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing multiple requisitions with tight deadlines.
2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles.
Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter ect.).
