- Previous experience with State Dam Safety, US Bureau of Reclamation, US Army Corps of Engineers and/or FERC regulated projects is preferred.
- 15 years of progressive experience in dam safety and engineering projects
- Master of Science or higher in Engineering (Civil or Structural)/or equivalent level of experience
- Professional Engineering license. California P.E. is preferred. Multiple state registrations will be encouraged
- Experience with structural engineering software and static and dynamic analyses for concrete dams and hydraulic structures including SAP2000, EAGDSLIDE, Plaxis and LSDYNA #LIJF1
- Proficient knowledge of dam safety engineering and risk assessment tools and techniques
