Seeking a Network Engineer – Starlink Deployment & Support to lead the setup and integration of Starlink connectivity for commercial offices and residential homes. The role involves training and supporting field technicians, troubleshooting customer connectivity issues, and ensuring seamless Starlink integration with routers, mesh networks, and other networking equipment.

  • Assist customers to set up and optimize routers, mesh networks, IP configurations and NAT settings to ensure stable internet performance delivered through Starlink.
  • Train field technicians on Starlink installation, router configuration, mesh networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve Starlink connectivity issues, including integration with third-party routers and network setups.
  • Understand Starlink device installation and connectivity setup in detail, assist in deploying and configuring Starlink connectivity for customers (both residential and commercial).
  • Document and track common customer issues to enhance troubleshooting guides and best practices.
  • Guide customers on best practices for network setup and performance optimization.
  • Develop training materials and SOPs for technicians to follow during installations.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely installations and minimal service disruptions.
  • Work with internal technical team to resolve escalated service issues.
  • Maintain detailed logs of installations, configurations, and service calls for performance analysis.

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with internet connectivity, like fiber or 5G routers, mesh networks, IP addressing, firewalls, and Wi-Fi optimization.
  • Tools & Systems: Proficiency in network diagnostic tools, remote troubleshooting software, and system logs analysis.
  • Experience: 0-1 year in network engineering, support, or telecom operations with a focus on internet connectivity and configurations. OR someone who did an 3-6 month internship in telecommunication company is similar role.
  • Customer Interaction: Experience in on-site and remote customer support, ensuring high service quality. Proficiency in interacting with customers in Arabic or English with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Training & Team Management: Strong ability to train and mentor field technicians in network installations and troubleshooting.
