  • Cover absences at other Service Centers as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management; shipping, receiving, and stocking of materials as required.
  • Assist with periodically scheduled testing of grounds, fire extinguishers, hot sticks, and other assigned testing.
  • Sharpening chains, building outrigger pads, refurbishing layout arms, and other tool upkeep as assigned
  • Assists the Service Center Shop Crew Leader with the following:
  • Assist Service Center in activities including assisting line crews with job-site activities, cleaning of job sites, deliveries to job sites and other Service Centers, transferring vehicles, tools and equipment, general facility and grounds housekeeping.
  • Educate periodic users on operation and daily maintenance of the hydro-excavator.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the tools and equipment used in conducting basic construction and dirt excavation.
  • Class A Commercial Driver¿s License (CDL)
  • Cycling rubber good, general recycling efforts
  • Experience in warehouse and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of bore rigs.
  • Prior experience loading and transporting equipment such as excavators, trenchers, skid loaders, and backhoes.
  • Valid driver¿s license.
  • Basic knowledge of the operation of a Service Center Shop.
  • Previous work experience in a shop.
