- Communicate with suppliers on documentation and drawings update.
- Liaise and maintain good relationships with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Products sourcing from suppliers.
- Visual Inspection and quality check on products/Systems.
- Perform AutoCAD drafting, design and prepare engineering drawings (2D) and documentation as per customer’s/project requirements.
- Prepare Functional Test Documents and Assist Project Operations Team on functional testing.
- Compilation and submission of all documentation required as per the project requirements.
- Provide pre-sales support to Sales team, including proposal costing and attending technical clarifications meeting and/or presentation with customers
- Attend technical clarification meetings with customers/suppliers and reply to customers and suppliers’ emails.
- Create electrical schematic, Design layout plans and detailed designs with AutoCAD software.
- Track and monitor project documentation submission status.
- Review customer’s technical comments and revise documentation and drawings.

- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices, including risk assessment.
- Able to work independently without supervision and deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of SOLAS/FSS Code/EN54/NFPA72/Marine Classification Rules & Regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new things and have strong initiative in work and learning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Resourceful, results-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Fire Detection and Alarm System with related experience (Marine Offshore preferred).
- Basic knowledge of OT systems, such as SCADA and DCS
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- Familiar with Fire & Gas Detection, VESDA Systems.
