In this role, the Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of water resources projects, from concept through construction, ensuring high‑quality design, regulatory compliance, and effective client communication while fostering team collaboration and mentorship.
- Manage planning, design, and delivery of complex water resources projects from concept through construction.
- Conduct and review hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater drainage, flood control, and erosion prevention.
- Prepare and review design plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, planning, and environmental disciplines.
- Serve as primary client contact, providing communication, responsiveness, and ensuring project satisfaction.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals while managing resources to meet deadlines.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical growth and professional development.
- Utilize modeling and design software such as HEC‑RAS, SWMM, ICPR, and ArcGIS to analyze and simulate water systems.

The successful candidate will lead and manage projects focused on water resource management, including flood control, stormwater management, and water quality improvement. The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license, and at least eight years of progressive experience in water resources or related civil engineering projects. They are proactive, detail‑oriented, and excel in both written and verbal communication across all stakeholder levels.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida (required).
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in water resources, stormwater, or related civil engineering projects.
- Proactive, enthusiastic self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.
