Attend a project kickoff meeting with Estimator, QA/QC Superintendent, Foreman, Accounting, and Principal in Charge.
Identify out of scope work encountered, and communicate with PM, Owner, GM, as necessary.
Supervise and coordinate the work of staff to ensure that the job is done skillfully and efficiently, and that assigned work progresses within budget and on schedule.
Communicate project status to General Managers, and/or Project Managers
Conduct quality checks for staff vehicles using standard operating procedure
Thoroughly review plans & specs, or proposal (whichever applies) related to the project.
Attend project close out meeting with Estimator, Accounting (CFO, Controller), Administrative Assistant, and Principal-in-Charge.
Prepare materials for craft to complete projects.
Collaborate with Estimator to buy out project with emphasis on saving money from quotes.
Updates applicable metrics in CMR ERP System.
Accountable for labor hour success of project and project schedule.
Routes material and equipment to staff and relaying appropriate information about the job to staff.
