Part-Time Assistant Property Manager

Description

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service via in‑person, phone, and web inquiries, assessing storage needs
• Manage, audit, and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Perform general office tasks such as filing, managing customer accounts, and sorting mail/deliveries
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards, including cleaning vacated units and basic upkeep

Requirements

West Coast Self-Storage has a part‑time opening in Daly City, CA for an Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates have retail sales and customer service experience and are looking to grow within our career path.

The position works three days a week—Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday—from 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM. Weekend and some holiday availability is required.

• Retail sales, cash management, and customer service experience
• Ability to self‑manage and work independently to meet team and company goals
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
