Maintain frequent communication and contact across all client sites via phone calls, emails, and site visits.
Prepare and develop financial and operational reports weekly and monthly.
Partner with local and national 3rd party vendors and suppliers for onsite material, supplies and equipment.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at all client locations.
Continuously monitor the overall performance of each site and make appropriate changes as needed.
Work with sales team to develop and grow the business / represent the GDI brand.
Work directly with client and internal teams to ensure billing and collections are processed in a timely manner.
Work closely with supervisors and managers to develop their operational knowledge and management capabilities.
Assure the delivery and execution of all contracted janitorial services within the division.
