  • Providing technical expertise to our customers as a Technical Consultant with Techline group
  • Capable of reviewing customer blueprints and respond to request for product drawings resolution resulting in customer satisfaction
  • Participating in customer training as a subject matter expert
  • Responding to inquiries on the use and navigation of the Armstrong website, including the operation of online technical tools
  • Capturing technical inquires in CRM system
  • Responding, answering, and handling technical customer inquiries via toll free number, emails and Live Chats
  • Transforming buildings from structures that shelter into structures that serve and preserve the health and well-being of people and planet;
  • Responding, answering, and handling Field Sales Technical inquiries

  • Technical Certificate or equivalent experience in the building materials field
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers and teammates

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Build deep product and construction knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven technical or product knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
