As an Analyst, you will support investment execution and help develop new opportunities, across real estate asset classes. You will play a key role in building detailed financial models, producing insightful analysis, and collaborating with joint venture partners to maximize both impact and value creation.

  • Support the due diligence process and investment execution.
  • Build detailed financial investment and valuation models to support investment decisions.
  • Assist with investor relations requests to support relationship management and fundraising.
  • Analyse new investment opportunities or sectors that align with the firm’s investment approach across the UK and Europe.
  • Work with joint venture partners and external stakeholders to maximize value and impact in investments.
  • Draft and present investment committee papers.
  • Manage and update fund models, working closely with the finance team on funds flow and drawdowns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders throughout the investment process.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems using first principles.
  • 3+ years’ experience in private equity investing, investment banking, management consulting, real estate or related sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent academic qualifications with a degree-level education or relevant experience.
  • Strong financial literacy, ideally supported by qualifications such as ACA or similar, and excellent financial modelling skills (Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks as a self-starter.
