• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and all on-site activities
• Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to project management
• Lead day-to-day field operations for K-12 and municipal projects

• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for field accuracy

Requirements

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee K-12 and municipal construction projects, including ground-up schools, fire stations, and renovation projects ranging from $2M to $80M in the Houston area. This role is ideal for a construction professional with hands-on experience managing institutional projects and delivering high-quality results safely and on schedule.

• Knowledge of construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects in K-12 or municipal sectors, including fire stations
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and stakeholders
