  • Assist project architects and designers to ensure plans meet client standards and codes.

  • On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.
  • Experience in preparing and coordinating project specifications as well as familiarity with industry-standard specification formats and tools such as MasterFormat, SpecLink, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor or master’s degree of Architecture.
  • Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance design aesthetics with technical functionality and constructability.
  • 12+ years of experience in architectural design with a focus on large-scale multifamily projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of building code, zoning regulations, and multifamily industry standards.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and a commitment to creating environmentally responsible projects.
  • Architectural License in Washington required for Architect designation.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • 7+ years of Revit experience, with strong proficiency in other relevant software tools.
  • Experience with writing specifications is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Compensation Package–
  • Flexible Schedule: This position offers a flexible schedule of Monday through Friday, with start times between 6-9am and end times between 3-6pm, depending on your start time (a full 8-hour day must be worked).
