Opportunity: Concierge/Resident Services Coordinator – San Francisco, CA (Monday‑Friday). Sares Regis Group seeks an experienced customer‑service professional for one of its beautiful 300‑plus‑unit communities, offering a great career opportunity in an ideal location.
Qualifications require excellent customer‑service experience with the ability to pass a fair‑housing exam, relevant experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with file audits, resident engagement and customer service, the ability to work independently, proficiency with Outlook, Internet tools, Excel, and Word, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Compensation is $25.00–$27.00 per hour and includes a competitive package with 401(k) match, rental incentives, renewal compensation, bonuses, and location‑based rental discounts. Full‑time employees (30–40 hours/week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, vacation accrual, and statutory sick‑time accrual.
